What watermark should I use?

If you don’t set any watermarks on your photos after you have uploaded them, your customers can potentially *steal* your photos by using screen capturing software and this would negatively impact your sales revenue. Therefore, it’s essential that you select the correct watermark and set it up properly.

We recommend photographers to use our Standard watermark, however, if you insist on using your own watermarks, a great to place to start is our watermark template. You can download it here: watermark-templates.zip You just need to open the template and place your own logo.

To set up your new watermark please follow these steps:

  1. Settings
  2. Watermarks under ‘Photo handling’
  3. ‘Add new watermark’
  4. Fill in the form and click Save*
  5. Photo jobs
  6. Photo management
  7. Select the appropriate watermark.

*We recommend using a Tiled position, a Size of 45% and an Opacity of 50%. and our template for better results.
