As long as an order has not been paid, no costs have been deducted or charged. Our service fee as well as the production and shipping fees are charged only once the payment has successfully arrived.
If payment is made for a cancelled order, we will contact you proactively. You may then decide whether to return the payment to the customer, or remove the cancellation and send the order for production to the lab.
