Should portrait pictures be displayed in our system as landscape, this is usually due to missing EXIF information. Our system uses the EXIF data to determine if a picture is landscape or portrait and if the "This photo is portrait" detail is not included in your picture, it will be treated as landscape.
To correct this, please check your EXIF data. If the portrait marking is not found, simply open the affected pictures again with an editing program, rotate them 90° and export them once more to your hard drive. Saving the pictures again after rotating also works.
Afterwards, please upload the newly rotated photos again to our system.
