This is an introduction into how to get started with your GotPhoto account. In the first part of getting started we will take you through:
The dashboard is where you will have an overview of your account. From here you will be able to navigate to all parts of your GotPhoto account.
In the dashboard, you can view your current balance, what is on your ToDo's list, your latest orders, your latest jobs and any outstanding complaints.
There is also a News section on the right-hand side of the screen, which will feature any relevant updates from GotPhoto and information on any new features added.
Clicking on the GotPhoto Icon you will always be taken back to the main admin overview page.
To edit or create a new photoshoot (Job), click on “Photo jobs”, this is the main section of your GotPhoto. You will setup all jobs here and you can find out how to do this in this article.
Here you can view all the orders that have been placed in your shop. There are a number of key filters you can use to locate orders. This is incredibly useful for your customer services staff when dealing with customers.
To manage your customer data or send a newsletter to your customers then select the customer tab.
To Your Shop
To view your shop and any changes made select the 'To Your Shop' tab and then choose 'To onlineshop' (as customer)'. This is the best view to use so you can see how things appear directly to your customers. Key to doing this is creating a 'fake' job where you make changes and check how they will appear as a test run.
