Overview
Within GotPhoto, you can give your customers the option to pay more to download certain photos. In this article, we'll review how to set up this upselling feature.
Options
You can offer them the following upselling download options:
- All Photos Ordered in the Package
- All Individual and Group Photos Available for the Selected Code
- All Available Photos (This is different to the bullet point above because you can have multiple access codes entered in the shop. This option would allow you to purchase 1 package and have the ability to download ALL of the photos for the access codes you have entered instead of one individual access code.)
- All Individual Photos Ordered in the Package
- All Individual Photos Available for the Selected Code
- All Available Individual Photos
Setup
- To add this upselling option, navigate to Settings → Price Profiles → Select a Price Profile (or Create a Price Profile):
- From there, add a package to your Price Profile and select Additional Downloads With this Pack under the Options dropdown:
- Select which upselling download option best suits your package and needs, and and set a price for the upsell:
You do not need to Save this configuration at any point — the system will automatically detect any updates you make to your Price Profile.
