Overview
GotPhoto partners with a number of major labs across the US and Canada. When you activate a lab partner in your GotPhoto account, customer orders that are placed from your online shop or manually from within your account will be sent directly to the lab for automatic fulfillment without needing to lift a finger. You don't have to do a thing. But first, you need to activate the lab partner(s) you’d like to use with your GotPhoto account.
Choosing a Lab
There are important aspects to consider when selecting a lab, such as the supported shipping methods (Direct shipping only, Batch shipping only, or both), quality, turnaround time, and production costs.

Not all of GotPhoto's lab partners are publically listed, so if you don't see your current lab in your account, please contact our support team at supportus@gotphoto.com. We will check to see if we are already working with them and if they can be added to your account.
Activating Your Lab

In order to activate a print lab, a Lab Customer ID is required. If you are already registered with any of our integrated labs, you can use your Lab Customer ID number to enable the lab. Otherwise, you can register with your preferred lab to acquire one. Registration links and additional information are listed under each lab on the Labs & Products page. Once a Lab Customer ID number is acquired, it must be inputted in the Lab Customer ID field, and then the lab can be activated.
⚠ Important: You must already have an account set up with your lab of choice before continuing. Entering an incorrect Lab Customer ID will result in the lab canceling the order.
