Add a Call-to-Action (CTA) to Your Communication Profile

Overview

Ready to take your communication profile to the next level? Follow the instructions in this article to learn how to add a customer CTA to your customer emails.


Instructions

  1. Look through the demo communication profiles in your account to find a CTA button you like.
  2. Create a duplicate of that demo communication profile by selecting Actions, and then Duplicate

  3. Open the duplicate communication profile.

  4. Open the notification with your CTA button by selecting Actions, then Edit.

  5. Scroll down to the email copy and click the source code icon (<>).

  6. Copy the text surrounding the CTA text.

  7. Open your communication profile.

  8. Add a notification.

  9. Scroll down to the email copy and click the source code icon (<>).

  10. Paste the CTA source code text from the demo communication profile.

  11. You can modify aspects of the source code, such as:
    • Background color
    • Font color
    • Font size
    • Placeholder link
    • Wording
    • And more!
  12. Click Ok to apply the changes.
  13. Click Save.
